I think they are both amazing Archuleta has a great voice but personally I like Cooks better But i think the best thing that could happen for cook is that he looses than his first album doesn't have to be american-idol-producers-inpired and archuleta needs american idol to make it big so it would be win-win either way I will be happy for the winner

That's a tough question. If your asking who is going to win I say Archuleta. Who SHOULD win is Cook. But this is "American Idol". When was the last time you guys got it right when voting for Idol. I didn't realize planting screaming little girls at the front of the stage would work but as you will see tonight the agenda all along was for the eye closing ballad singing one dimensional Archuleta to win

Cook should win. But either way, his career won't be hurting.
Archuleta had a better night, but Cook is the better artist all around. There's a smaller demographic of people that would buy a DA album. DC spans a bigger audience. |

I would love to see Archie win. I think they are both amazing and I wont be upset either way but David Archuleta has such an amazing soul and even more amazing voice.
SALTY-If you look back at past seasons they all sing songs they've already sang previously when its contestants choice. And if you heard Simon he suggested that David Cook should have done the same. Although I think DC had a good point, I'll have to agree with Simon. David Cooks last performance pretty much put me to sleep. |

I really wannna c David Archuleta win tonite, He had such a great voice and hes such a humble great young Men, All through the season I love this Young Men, If he doesnt win tonite, Its ok because we all knows that your and american idol in our hearts. when David A sings, It touches my heart. good luck David A...............David Just Thank God U have a Great Gift from Him............

Dial Idol.com shows that David Cook won and I pray to God the site is accurate! Even though he didn't do as well as I would have liked him to last night, I still think he totally DESERVES to win!!! He's a musical genius, is original and isn't afraid of taking risks. Also, he knows how to work a stage and can DEFINITELY entertain! As far as David Archuleta goes, I'm honestly not crazy about him. Yes, he's a nice guy and yes, he's a good singer. However, he's only good at singing ballads. He's not very smooth when it comes to performing songs that have a faster pace. His rendition of Chris Brown's, "With You," last Tuesday night is proof of this. And when he DOES sing his slow songs, I'm kinda bored. He's never made me stand up and say, "WOW" whereas David Cook has on numerous occasions.
I'm DEFINITELY anxious for the results tonight and am praying that Dial Idol is accurate!!!! |
