Don't know where you live, but there are a lot of bookstores that carry Vogue from other countries ( I find many at Borders...almost bust a gut finding Snoop Dog on Vogue L'uomo [Italy])...you can probably get an international subscription delivered to your house for a small fortune too.

A lot of upscale bookstores, such as Borders and Barnes & Noble carry international issues of Vogue magazine, but after all of the times I've been to these types of bookstores, I've never come across an issue of Vogue India. The furthest country away from the United States I've ever come across was Australia, and yet even that issue of Vogue is hard to find. Since Vogue India is so rare to find in the United States, I would suggest trying to subscribe, even though you may not be eligible to, since you live in the United States.
