I was in the usmc for 20years and in a war I don't beleave in alot times they would think that becuse I was there I did something to ther famly? and I'm a Leo the pont is you never get used to it becuse you never know when you times up

Cancer, ex-street fighter, rap-sheet, been shot twice, leg & chest grazed .38 & 9mm. Took shot gun blast in baymens fight didn't make it through work gear I was wearing. Stabbed twice. I've done worse to others, I will not start a fight but I will end it. Been clean 1993 to '96 one charge for beatting burglar welcome to NY. 1997 to 4/15/08 100% clean.....I'm 44 have old militra back ground and a few nasty other trainings. Thats part of my past....4/15/08 2nd precint police,T.A.S.K. force & 2 S.W.A.T. teams hit my apt, 14 hour stand-off. Being investigated by internal affairs, they charged me with nothing, searched my apt 2x without warrants,down loaded my computer, put staples in my scalp,broke 4 ribs,ripped my lung lining, nerve damnage to my left leg and hand....all this because I was depressed and went to the hospital....seeking help for depression...I left hospital when cops came in,was like a panic attack..I had bad flash backs,.go home and with in half hour all hell breaks loose. I live in a apt complex 42 apts, they emptied the other 41 and everybody off the property, shut down 3 blocks around complex,which is located by a major intersection....all this crap for what? One ex-militra street fighter???Funny part is I never keep anything illegal in that apt....what a screw up.
